Eric and Alex were great! Eric was able to figure out the problem with my roof immediately with drone equipment. They were earlier than expected but were quick to resolve the leak in my roof and replace the old material. I will definitely be using them for a full roof replacement when it's time. I would recommend AMC Roofs based on the great experience we have had with them!  I called AMC Roofs on a Sunday and Eric actually picked up and came over within the hour of my call for my roof leak.  A quote was provided and they got me in for the repair the next day!  He took the time to discuss all options, his guys did point out another leak they found while doing the repair and a quote was given to repair same day. We got updated pictures and videos while the repairs were being done. We are starting the process for an insurance claim and Eric has walked me through the entire process down to making the call for the claim with me! Eric Zitko, the AMC representative was very knowledgeable,  professional and empathic.  I never knew I could be approved for roof replacement after the damage. He assured me that he would get the insurance approval,  something that my insurance agent couldn't achieve or didn't care about. He got it approved and replaced the roof in record time and also obtained the windstorm certification for the roof. He delivered as promised. Thank you Eric!
